SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Immediately your order is shipped you will receive an email/sms containing the tracking number of your package and the website of the handler. You can then track your order using this tracking number.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

At the moment we deliver via CourierPlus, subsequently we shall introduce more options as well as other shipping methods.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or below your expectations, you can either hand it back to the delivery man at no extra cost or return within three days (buyer will pay for this shipping cost). If payment has already been accepted, a full refund will be made by yummiedesigns.net.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Prior to delivery, you will be contacted by the delivery man. Afterwards you can call him to follow up if need be.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

At the moment we do not provide international delivery. However, we are working on that.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Returns & Refund is a guarantee for all products sold on Yummiedesigns.net. However, this must be done with 3 days and provided the item has not been damaged by the buyer..
